Occasionally the RTU firmware needs to be updated to the latest version for ensuring best performance.


The latest firmware version can be downloaded onto your laptop/PC using the link below:

Once the file has been downloaded onto your laptop/PC the RTU firmware can be updated by following the steps below:

1. Connect to the RTU from your laptop using a USB mini communication cable

2. Run the "Logger Firmware Update.exe" file to open the GUI

3. Select USB mode

4. Click "Detect" to connect to the RTU

5. Click the Download button to updated the RTU with the latest firmware

When the download is finished a message will be displayed to indicate the RTU firmware has been updated

Click OK and Exit to complete the process and disconnect the USB mini cable
