Locate Events on the Map


Access the map view of your site

  • Look for devices indicated by colored markers (circles)
  • The colors represent different triggering conditions and severity levels


Review Event Details

  1. Click on the device or alarm indicator on the map
  2. This opens the associated event information panel
In the event panel, review the following information:
  • Trigger date (when the condition occurred)
  • Severity level
  • Data type (e.g., water level, pressure)
  • Trigger condition (e.g., threshold exceeded)


 Check Event History

  • Review how many times the trigger condition has been met
  • View the list of trigger occurrences

  • Open the Notes section within the event

  • Check updates such as:

    1. Current status (e.g., Resolution in progress)
    2. Observations or actions taken

    3. Identify the assigned owner (if applicable)

    4. Track actions taken to resolve the issue

    5. Open the event

    6. Click Clear Event (The event will be removed from the active list and no longer appear as active on the map)
