Situation:
When there is a remote server connected to a hub via LoggerNet, using an IP address.
Normally, there will be few steps to setup the server to collect data automatically.
First, open LoggerNet software, go to Setup screen. Change the View option to EZ View and Click Add Root.
Click IPPort and PakBusPort (PakBus Loggers), select the right Logger Type, e.g. CR6Series and Close
Click on the IPPort and Type in the Internet IP Address.
Click on the CRxxx (E.g.CR6Series) and Type in the PakBus Address and PakBus Encryption Key, then click Apply.
Go to Connect Screen and click on the Logger, Click Connect to Connect.
Once the Connection is established, The LoggerNet will automatically collect the data from the CRxxx Logger at the Collection Interval in the Schedule Tab.
NOTE: THE LOGGERNET MUST BE ALWAYS TURNED ON IN ORDER FOR THE SCHEDULED COLLECTION TO WORK SO DO NOT TURN IT OFF WHEN IN SERVICE!!!
