If the data download received via DTLink transfer is showing up as Hz Units rather than B Units when it is downloaded, it is likely a corruption in the data transfer related to the local cache of the data where it does not perform the B Unit conversion to the data once it is downloaded from the data logger.
In DTLink data loggers, the ‘use local status cache’ is usually enabled in the Wireless Settings when configuring the data logger. It is very important to use with data loggers that have many sensors attached as it takes longer to transfer the data (DT2485, DT2040, DT2055B). The DTLink Radio has a limited bandwidth, and the data transfer is slower than the regular USB or the RSTAR data transfer rate. In a DT2011B data logger, if the B Unit conversion is not occurring, the ‘use local status cache’ should be disabled by unchecking the box. This should resolve the issue.
